Three programmes, each with a clear shape
Every Kinwell programme has a defined scope, a defined duration, and defined materials. You know what you are getting before the first session begins.
How we approach our work
Every Kinwell programme begins with a pre-session conversation to understand what the household is looking for and to confirm that the programme is a sensible fit. From there, sessions follow a clear structure: the facilitator listens first, then introduces frameworks or materials, then creates space for the household to work with what has been introduced. Nothing is rushed.
For in-home sessions, the facilitator arrives at the agreed time with any materials needed. Notes are not shared outside the session unless specifically requested. For workshops held at the office, the space is set up to feel more like a sitting room than a meeting room.
All three programmes are educational and organisational in nature. We use common communication frameworks and practical document systems — not proprietary technology or specialised clinical methods. The tools are simple; the value is in having someone sit with you while you use them.
Household Conversation Workshop
A guided three-hour workshop for couples and families who want to develop a steadier way of talking about shared household plans. The session uses common family communication frameworks and includes structured practice conversations. It is educational in nature — the facilitator guides the structure, not the outcome. No professional counsel is given, and the workshop does not represent any household in any external matter.
- Three hours in a single session
- Structured practice conversations included
- Suitable for couples and multi-generation families
- Available at our Wisma Cosway office or agreed location
How the session unfolds
Family Records & Contact Setup
A three-session in-home programme for families who want to set up a shared records folder and family contact list. Includes a labelled folder structure, a written family timeline, and a printed contact list. The programme is organisational — households leave with a complete shared records folder and a short review habit to keep it current. No legal interpretation of documents is provided.
- Three in-home sessions, typically over two to three weeks
- Labelled folder structure for your household documents
- Written family timeline covering key dates and records
- Printed contact list for your household's key contacts
- Short review habit established for keeping records current
What happens across the three sessions
Year-Round Household Planning Programme
A year-long programme for families that want a regular rhythm of shared household planning conversations facilitated by an outside helper. Includes an initial in-home setup session, four quarterly group sessions, and a closing annual review session. The facilitator helps the family have its own conversations and does not provide professional counsel on any individual matter.
- Six sessions across twelve months
- Initial setup session at your home
- Four quarterly planning sessions
- Closing annual review with written summary for the household
- Same facilitator across all sessions for continuity

Standards we hold across all three programmes
Household Privacy
No session content or document information leaves the household unless specifically requested. Facilitators are briefed on confidentiality before every programme.
Scope Clarity
Every programme is described accurately. We do not provide legal, financial, or psychological services. If a household needs those, we will say so clearly.
Punctual and Prepared
In-home facilitators arrive at the agreed time with any materials needed. The household is briefed on what to expect before each session.
Consistent Facilitators
Multi-session programmes use the same facilitator throughout to maintain continuity and allow the household to build familiarity.
Pre-Programme Conversation
Every booking begins with a short conversation to make sure the programme fits. If it does not, we say so before any commitment is made.
Transparent Invoicing
An invoice is sent before each programme begins. All pricing includes facilitator time and materials. There are no charges not described in advance.
